Halloween Fun

This year both Annalyce and Peyton were allowed to dress up for school (at previous schools they have only allowed the kindergartners to dress up) and we were so excited for them. They also had a costume parade followed by a carnival put on by the PTA during the last two hours of school. It was so fun for me to get out of the house and watch all of the kids and see the fun costumes. I took several pictures, but only a few turned out. It is definitely time for a new camera!




Our Halloween was pretty quiet this year. The girls spent the day picking out pumpkins and then carving them with dad. We made homemade pizza for dinner and finally went out trick or treating in the neighborhood. We were a bit disappointed with our neighbors because many of them weren't home, so the girls got a slow start. Jeremiah finally took them over to the condos across the street and they had a little more luck. Needless to say we don't have a huge stash of candy, but at least the girls had fun!
